JOIN GUEST SPEAKER - Bruce Bennett of GDS Associates. GDS is an industry-recognized leader in numerous energy efficiency, demand response, and market transformation programs. Mr. Bennett will be focusing on:
- “Blower Door Testing, Duct Leakage Testing
- Energy Ratings (ERI/HERS) and ENERGY STAR Home Certifications
- The 6 current amendments to the 2015 code which are expiring in March. These sun setting amendments have significant impacts to builders.
- Update on the adoption of the 2018 IRC and the suite of ICC 2018 codes.
