About Us

The company specializes in building highly energy efficient homes utilizing state-of-the-art technology, such as Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS), 2x6 Panelized Construction, Timber-frame and Log systems, as well as Modular Homes. The technologies have earned these homes the highest 5 Star Plus rating for energy efficient residential construction from the EPA’s Energy Star Program. Over 23 homes certified homes built to date.

To keep pace with developing building science, Bob is also certified to perform energy audits through the Building Performance Institute (BPI), and has become a HERS Specialist (Home Energy Rating System) in his quest to become an energy expert in the residential and light commercial market. Throughout his career, Bob has continuously expanded his skills and assumed a leadership position in designing and building Green/Energy Efficient buildings. Recent certification includes National Green Building Standards, (NGBS 2012 & 2015), and Passive House (PHIUS Verifier +).
