About Us

We design and build new spaces for folks to expand their lives. From the pandemic, many have realized that working from home could be better if their home is configured slightly differently - office in the basement (need better heat, lighting), give kids playroom in attic (need insulation, finishing), set up a whole home office (sound control, traffic flow). Also, with the aging boomers as well as a probable slow exodus from the cities, there's increased incentives to coalesce families; bring the generations together. Not so much to 'save money' as to facilitate wealth transfer across generations, bond better, be more efficient, share. This may mean an addition, or an Accessory Dwelling Unit ((an ADU or in-law apartment). We ask questions, LISTEN, and try to meet the Client's real needs. If it's a good fit, we do it - establish a Design Agreement, do a detailed design and proposal, and if they agree, build the job. If not a good fit, we try to refer them in the right direction - this business is about service, not product!
