Peggy has sold and marketed over 30 subdivisions. She began her real estate career in 2000, and successfully sold 200 homes for The Stabile Company in Dover, NH. Peggy enjoys the intricate details of getting a subdivision ready for market. Peggy works closely with the Builder to design the logo, brochures, marketing plan, site sign, model home design and merchandising, application for attorney general approval, covenants, home owners association, grand opening, media kit, sales contract. Then she establishes buyer site procedures, to making client selections, home orientation, punch list and the closing.
Peggy specializes in new and existing home sales. Working with sellers and buyers, she uses her knowledge of the community and her business skills to assist clients through each step in the sales process.
Peggy has a BS in Accounting from Suffolk University. She has been #1 realtor in sales in Strafford county since 2003 and has sales volume over $500,000,000.
